We here at Cues n Views note with some pleasure the progress of our friend Dominic Dale in the 2010 Welsh Open.

Dominic has beaten both Matthew Selt and former six time World Champion Steve Davis en-route to another appearance at the televised stages of this event.

Ladbrokes have Dominic at 200 to 1 to win the title, we do not advocate gambling but are amazed that such long odds for a two time ranking tournament winner are on offer, can Dominic confound the bookies and lift this coveted piece of silverware?

We are assisting a new collector to put together some of the cues that he is seeking at the moment.

In October 2005 an auction took place which included lots from the collection of Dominic Dale. there was a range of collectable cues that would surely inspire the more serious collector who wished to add to, or start a cue collection of historical significance.
